• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and on-site visitors.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Resolve customers’ complaints and provide solutions promptly; follow up to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Keep records interactions between customers, process and maintain customer accounts, and file documents.
